  • We do not employ, endorse, or control any electrician listed or referred through our service.

3. No Guarantee of Service

We do not guarantee:

  • That you will receive any quotes or responses
  • That any electrician will be available
  • That any work will be completed

All engagement is subject to availability and agreement between you and the electrician.

4. No Endorsement or Verification

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee the qualifications, licensing, insurance, or suitability of any electrician
  • We do not independently verify all information provided by service providers

You are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying licences and credentials
  • Conducting your own due diligence

5. User Responsibility

You agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and not misleading
  • You will only submit genuine job requests
  • You will not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

6. Communication Consent

By submitting a request, you expressly consent to:

  • Being contacted by electricians via phone, SMS, and email
  • Your information being shared with multiple service providers

You acknowledge that:

  • You may receive contact from more than one provider
  • We are not responsible for the frequency or content of their communications

7. No Liability for Work Performed

Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the electrician.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Poor workmanship
  • Delays, cancellations, or disputes
  • Property damage, loss, or injury
  • Pricing disagreements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
  • Our total liability (if any) is limited to the amount you paid us (which is typically $0 for customers)

9. Third-Party Conduct

We are not responsible for:

  • The conduct, actions, or omissions of any electrician
  • Any statements, representations, or guarantees made by them

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Privacy
